	세척공정에서 고려해야 할 사항들 (1)무엇을 세척하려고 하는가? (2)오염물질이 무엇인가? (3)세척이 어느정도 되어야 하는가? (4)세척제 및 세척방법 선택 (5)세척제가 피세척물에 부식이나 손상을 가하지 않는가?				(1)사출을 하고 있는 동안 금형 세척을 하여야 하는 경우 : L21을 사용하여 세척하고, 코어에 남아 있는 L21을 L11로 세척한다. (2)금형을 내려서 분해 세척 하는 경우 : L11을 사용하여 세척한다.

	금형부식방지/보호제 사용시 고려 사항들 (1)단시간 일시적으로 보호 할 것인지 혹은 장기간 보관 할지 결정 (2)부식방지/보호제가 편리하게사용가능한가? (3)부식방지,세척,녹제거,소음방지 용도 구분				(1)윤활제도 함유하고 있어서 소음이나, 부식방지, 녹제거 기능을 가지고 있으며, 사용분야는 다양 합니다. (2)자동차, 문, 창문, 각종 공구의 원활한 작동과 녹방지, 볼트.너트의 풀림, 각종 구동 부위의 소음제거 등으로 사용 됩니다.
